The Lego Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908
Does everybody love Ferrari red?
Imagine getting up, reading your instructions, and instead of taking the monorail to work, going out to your Lego Garage and hopping into your 458 Ferrari to get your overpriced cup of coffee.
Everybody seems to turn their head to take a second look when they see a Ferrari. This lego version of Ferrari is the same. It has been selling out at all stores since it was introduced.
Ferrari, as everyone knows, is an international brand. Across the globe, kids have posters of Ferraris on their bedroom walls, and adults secretly lust after the Italian supercar.
This Lego set was a fun little build, and comes with a lot of stickers, as you can see from the photo of the box. But I’m not a fan of Lego Stickers, so I don’t put any on my cars or on my sets.
This is what the Lego Ferrari 458 GT2 looks like without any stickers. Be sure to read my review of it below the photos, and like and subscribe to the YouTube video so you can see all my reviews.

This set has 153 pieces, and as usual I got about 4 extra small pieces.
How many instruction books are in set Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
This little lego supercar comes with 2 instruction books. One thing I don’t like is that they have to be folded in half to fit inside the boxes, and so there is a crease down the middle of each of the books.
But the instructions are clear, and easy to understand, so pretty much anyone can put this model together quickly.
How long does it take to build Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
It took me about 14 minutes to build this set.
How many minifigures are in Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
This set comes with only one minifigure. It’s a race car driver with red pants, a white helmet with a clearvisor and a red torso with a little Ferrari logo. His head is yellow, and the face is painted on one side only.
Does Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908 come with any stickers?
This set comes with a lot more than the usual amount, of stickers to decorate the car, but all my regular readers know that I never put on the stickers. Sometimes the sets look funny without stickers, but I don’t like them on my Lego Bricks.
In the case of the Italia GT2, the car looks a little bit strange without all the colorful decals. In this instance I think it would probably look better with all the stickers, but I don’t put them on because I can never get them straight, and if for some reason I want to use the bricks for something else I don’t want to have to try to peel the stickers off after they have been stuck on for a long time.
What is the best piece(s) in Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
As I just mentioned, I don’t like stickers, but I DO like printed pieces, like the printed Ferrari windshield on this Lego set. The smoke colored canopy has red, white, yellow and black markings with the word Ferrari spelled out in their font across the front in black on yellow.
Should I buy Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
There are a lot of people who collect Ferrari and Ferrari merchandise. I expect this set to sell out quickly because it is collectible among Lego fans as well as Ferrari fans. When it does sell out or is retired watch out for the price to skyrocket as this set becomes an instant classic.
Imagine if you have a 458 in your garage, you would probably want a Lego model of it on your desk.
What theme or group is the Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
The Lego LaFerrari car is one of the 2015 Speed Champion Series.
Does theFerrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908 come with a parts separator?
No, this set does not come with a parts separator.
What was your favorite component or part to build in Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
Obviously this Ferrari is mostly red, but hidden underneath all of the red pieces are some yellow bricks, and even pieces with different colors. If you don’t build the set, you wouldn’t know about them.
Another favorite part of this set is the wheels. They 5 star wheels are actually hubcaps that you can change out using the supplied black wrench that the Ferrari minifigure is holding. This set comes with 2 full sets of hubcaps, and I think the 5 spoke mag lego wheels look the best.
Would you buy Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
I really like this set, and I might buy a couple more so I can decorate one with stickers, and save a couple for resale in future years. I have a feeling that once this set is discontinued the price will really jump up as car collectors who have a lot of money will want one if they didn’t get one.
How experienced a Lego builder do you need to be to build Ferrari 458 Italia GT2- 75908?
The age range for this set is 7-14, which is just about right – younger builders will love to play with the car once it is built, and older Lego experts will really get into the way the car is put together.
