Of all the new minifigures in the 2014 Series 12 group from Lego, the Piggy Guy to me is the strangest. It’s a Lego guy in a pig suit with a green apple.
The Pig guy was the last minifig I needed to complete my set of 16. I got him from Target, but if your store is out, you can always order them from Amazon. LEGO Minifigures Series 12 – Set # 71007
Like I said before the Pig guy is a bit weird. He comes just like all the other minifigs in the series in a yellow bag. You can’t tell which ones you are getting before you open the bag, so it is always a surprise.
But when you do cut open the bag, you will find a black base plate for display, a piece of paper with all 16 of the minifigs, and a code for to play a computer game on Lego.com.
Plus, you get all the pieces for Pig guy. He is one of the simplest lego men. A pair of pink pants. A pink torso. A head with a simple smile, a hard pink pig helmet, and a green apple.
This is how Pig Guy is described on the Lego website:
“Ahhh, this is the life.”
The Piggy Guy used to be a regular farmer. Then one day he noticed how much fun his hogs were having, and he decided to try it out for himself! Donning a pink pig costume, he started to spend all of his time oinking, eating apples, and wallowing in the mud – and he found out that he really liked it.
Yep, the Piggy Guy sure enjoys being a pig. He’s right at home in the pen, and his new piggy pals act like he’s just another member of the flock…herd…whatever a group of pigs is called. He knows that he can go back to being a farmer whenever he wants, but he’s just feeling too lazy to do it right now. Then again, he might change his mind if he hears somebody mention bacon!
What do you think about Piggy Guy? Is he your favorite? Let me know int he comments below. Thanks!
